A warm welcome to the short learning programme in relational care and leadership in nursing.

The workbook lessons forms the core of the short learning programme. There are 7 lessons, with activities, followed by discussion sessions. You will be expected to prepare in advance for each discussion session. The dates of the discussion sessions will be communicated with you. We hope that you find this short learning programme enriching.

The first lesson is an orientation to the short learning programme.

“What is your perspective/understanding?”
